Kristin brings over 8 years of experience guiding women through the sacred transitions of pregnancy and postpartum. As a certified prenatal and postnatal yoga and fitness teacher, pelvic floor personal trainer, and Reiki Master, she offers a deeply supportive and embodied approach to healing and strength.

She has studied Sakalya Yoga for over 6 years and completed her 200-hour certification in this lineage, blending Mudra, Mantra, Pranayama, and Asana into each practice with intention and heart.

Kristin is passionate about helping women feel strong, grounded, and at home in their bodies. Her classes and programs are known for delivering not just physical results, but deep energetic transformation and emotional release.

She has led retreats across Ontario and is thrilled to bring this holistic 30-day experience to women both near and far — supporting them to reduce bloat, rebuild their core, and reclaim their energy.
