What you'll get:
 Safe, effective strength training with resistance bands and weights, tailored for prenatal and postpartum bodies
 Opportunities to bond with baby through interactive movement and baby-friendly modifications
 Expert guidance from a certified pre- and postnatal fitness instructor who understands your body’s changing needs

All fitness levels welcome. Bring your baby (non-crawlers to early movers) or come solo. Please bring a water bottle, and any personal gear you like to use. Bands and weights are provided.
